Grit, Grace and Good Data

For The Families the System forgot.

You’re likely here because you’ve realized the system wasn’t built for your family, specifically for your neurodivergent child. You’ve survived the diagnostic evaluations that felt like judgments, the waitlists that feel like lifetimes, and the “experts” who gave you fluff or condemnation, instead of a roadmap.

I Hear your silence—the quiet weight of a house that finally went still, the held breath when the phone rings, and the exhaustion of being the only one who speaks your child’s language (Not always fluently, might I add).

The Mission: Grit, Grace and Good Data (GG&GD) is a safe place for anyone who needs it. As a Neuro-Behavioral Support and Intervention Strategist, I am here to share the real truth about how our children’s brains work so we can make their lives- and yours—better. We aren’t here to “fix” your child; we are here to help you understand exactly what they need to feel safe and happy in a world that wasn’t designed for them.

We Believe that knowledge is the ultimate power,

and it is the only thing that can truly quiet the chaos in a home.

When we stop seeing ‘bad behavior’ and start seeing a nervous system that is just trying to survive a hard moment, everything changes. This is where we stop guessing and start using real information to build a sanctuary that respects your child’s dignity and your peace of mind.

  • Raw, honest insights into parenting children with ASD/ADHD or other neurodivergence using neuroscience, behavioral science and advocacy.

  • One to three page guides for quick tips, immediate shifts, fun activities that provide various ways to meet sensory needs (without spending money, or trashing your house—or leaving it!) and so much more.

  • Deep-dive blueprints covering environmental modification (changing the set up of your house/home/their room as much as possible), mindset shifts for the adults in the trenches, parental regulation, the foundational knowledge needed to create a sustainable positive change.
