Grit, Grace & Good Data (GG&GD) operates as a professional consulting entity, utilizing faceless brand approaches, platforms, and services to protect the privacy of the founders and their families. GG&GD provides data-driven behavioral strategy, educational advocacy frameworks, and neuro-affirming digital resources. GG&GD is founded and operates by a strategist with experience in behavioral therapy fields, working towards a degree in neuro-behavioral analysis. GG&GD personnel are NOT licensed attorneys, medical physicians, clinical psychologists, public education administrators, or board certified behavioral analysts (BCBA).

The strategic blueprints, scripts, and clinical data interpretations provided by GG&GD are for educational and strategic empowerment purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal representation or medical diagnoses. While our frameworks utilize evidence-based behavioral science and federal educational guidelines (IDEA, Section 504), gg&GD cannot control or guarantee the final determinations made by school districts, IEP team, or medical professionals. By utilizing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GG&GD from any institutional actions, educational placements, or distress resulting from the implementation of these strategies.

Data Security & Voluntary transmission

By utilizing our “Upload & Chat” Services, clients voluntarily transmit educational and behavioral data into our secure, paid google workspace environment. GG&GD maintains strict confidentiality, but does not operate as a hipaa-covered entity.

refund policy

due to the immediate distribution of digital intellectual property and the time-blocked calendar space required to audit behavioral/educational/administrative records, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
