This is not a shopping list.
This is your strategic arsenal.
You are the absolute expert on your child. But when we operate in a constant state of exhaustion, we react emotionally to meltdowns instead of looking at the data. A strategist (no matter how challenging; which it is!) removes the emotional response, identifies the behavioral patterns, and intervenes before the behavior ever begins. This is called Antecedent Intervention.
Being Prepared means you are no longer caught off guard. When you plan ahead for their specific sensory and biological needs, you physically alter the environment to support them. You stop fighting their nervous system and start accommodating it.
Every item in this Field Kit has been tested in the trenches of real neurodivergent households. We don’t do aesthetic luxury toys; we do budget-friendly, neuro-affirming survival gear designed to help you reclaim the peace in your home. Grace in the margins
A Note on the Build: This database is being constructed in the margins of my own motherhood- during nap times, early mornings (and more late nights than I will admit), and 45-minute sprints between making meals. I am choosing to publish this page before it is “done” because I know how desperately families need this data right now. We do not add filler on to this list. We only add products that we have used firsthand that are absolutely tried-and-true. These are the items kept on hand to build our own proactive environment at home. Check back frequently to see what new gear we drop as this toolkit expands, and thank you for holding space for the reality of building a business while raising a family.
